John Sanchez, who serves as the company's president, founded Emergency Pest Control, Inc., in 1979. It quickly established an excellent reputation for providing state of the art pest control services, performed by courteous, well-trained and proficient technicians; that is why we attract an impressive variety of government, commercial, industrial and residential customers.

Careful attention is given to the proper use of chemicals, equipment and to the training of personnel.

Prior to the submitting of bid/proposals, Mr. Sanchez personally reviews and inspects all facilities so he can make recommendations for a better pest control analysis. He relies heavily on the Integrated Pest Management Program in order to have a cleaner and safer environment.

EPC goes beyond pest control services. It is a company that also provides services in landscaping, herbiciding, janitorial and custodial services. These services go hand in hand with pest control. Since we know that pests are part of our environment, they usually are a result of poor landscaping and/or janitorial services.
